Wilson is currently home to approximately 100 first-year students on Duke's East Campus. Like all other halls on campus, Wilson is co-ed. It is also home to a staff of one Graduate Assistant and four Resident Assistants under the supervision of Residence Coordinator Jennah Jones.

Residents of Wilson enjoy two commons spaces, a kitchen area, and a study. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor.

[edit] Faculty in Residence
The Faculty-in-Residence Program is one of the ways in which Duke University seeks to facilitate, strengthen, and expand interaction between faculty members and undergraduates beyond the classroom. The Wilson Faculty-in-Residence is Associate Professor of the Practice of Russian, Carol Apollonio Flath, and her daughter Maggie.

Wilson was originally constructed and opened in 1927 as the Faculty Apartments for the Women's College. Currently configured in a suite style, the building was named in honor of Dean Mary Grace Wilson, the first dean of the Women's College at commencement in 1970.

Wilson is part of the East 2 Neighborhood along with Aycock, Epworth, Giles, and Jarvis residence halls.
