• Blue Express in the LSRC always has a vegetarian entree available. (It is typically the entree closest to the cash-register.) With two pieces of French bread and a vegetarian side, the total comes to below $6. For the hungry, ask for it "to-go," as the portion in their plastic box is biggest; for the environmentalist, ask for "china."
• The Refectory in the Divinity School offers vegetarian hummus sandwiches every day, offering a "student special" for below $6 including a side of veggie-chili or soup + a small dessert; or, spring for the larger vegetarian "entree" and expect a bill around $8. Always tasty, usually local, and organic!
• Alpine Bagles offers... bagels. Word to the wise: all of their cream-cheese spreads are low fat except for the plain one.
