Are fraternities and sororities really not allowed to staple to the benches? Seems strange considering they can staple to the pillars maybe 20 feet away. Any reason for this?
There are regulations about what fraternities and sororities can do on East Campus. Things like hanging up flyers in freshman dorms is considered "dirty rushing."
