Pauly Dogs is the hot dog stand right next to the Student Plaza. The man, Pauly, mixes fantastic combinations of mustard, ketchup, soy sauce, relish, cheese, potato chips, and other fixins' in his goal of making the perfect hot dog. A fun place to eat, and cheap.
The Chronicle called Pauly Dogs the Best Post-Party food establishment in their 2006 orientation insert.
