Aramark is "(a) leader in professional services, providing award-winning food services, facilities management, and uniform and career apparel to health care institutions, universities and school districts, stadiums and arenas, and businesses around the world."[1] Aramark previously held contracts for several eateries on campus, though those most or all of those have expired and been replaced with different vendors. Aramark has also been sued by Duke with respect to a case where medical instrument cleaning fluid was replaced with hydraulic fluid.[2]
